Aitronyx was founded by two people who spent decades building and running businesses before they ever built a technology company. Between us, we’ve scaled a construction subcontracting business to over £6M turnover, managed complex multi-site project delivery, and lived with the operational chaos that comes from trying to grow without the right systems in place.
When AI started to mature, we didn’t see it as a technology story. We saw it as the answer to problems we’d been trying to solve for years — the admin burden, the information bottlenecks, the hours spent on tasks that added no value. We spent two years mastering the tools, testing the boundaries of what was genuinely possible, and separating the hype from the substance.
Out of that work came Beacon HQ — an AI-powered commercial intelligence platform built specifically for construction subcontractors. Aitronyx exists to take everything we learned from that build, and apply it to help other ambitious businesses do the same thing: use AI to run leaner, move faster, and compete harder.
